SailStitch & Co. was built on workshop tradition in Delhi, grounded in decades of hands-on garment craftsmanship. Since 2012, we have specialized exclusively in Renaissance, Pirate, and LARP apparel, supplying established vendors across the United States and Europe.
Working within this niche for over a decade, we understand the practical demands of festival markets, from standardized US/EU sizing to durable fair-ready construction. Our garments are produced using historically inspired fabrics such as cotton, linen and rayon, balancing period accurate aesthetics with comfort for long outdoor events.
Combining traditional workshop expertise with structured export processes, we support our partners with flexible order volumes, accurate sample development, and consistent three stage quality control. OUR WORKSHOP
Sail Stitch & Co operates from our core workshop in Delhi, India, where we develop samples, manage production standards, and conduct quality checks. Alongside our main workshop, we collaborate with a small network of fabric Dyers, other skilled tailoring workshops and logistics partners that work under our supervision and production guidelines to increase our production volume.
This network allows us to maintain flexibility in production while ensuring that every garment follows the same patterns, sizing standards, and quality requirements set by Sail Stitch & Co.
Each order is coordinated through our central team, with our standard QC process, where garments are inspected before shipment to maintain consistent quality for our clients.

We focus on small to medium batch garment production while maintaining consistent patterns, sizing standards, and stitching quality across all orders.
Every project begins with careful review of garment designs or reference samples. Patterns are prepared or adapted to ensure consistent sizing and construction before production begins.
Production is coordinated through our core workshop in Delhi along with a network of partners in Dyeing, tailoring and finishing workshops that operate under our supervision and quality guidelines. This structure allows us to maintain flexible production capacity while ensuring consistent workmanship.
Throughout the process, we emphasize practical garment construction suitable for festival wear, including durable stitching, reliable fabric sourcing, and attention to finishing details.
Before shipment, garments are checked to ensure they meet our production standards and match the specifications agreed with the client.
