Replication process

Pattern Development

Our team develops patterns based on the garment structure. These patterns allow the design to be reproduced consistently across multiple batches.

Sample Creation

A sample garment is produced using the selected fabric and construction method.

This sample allows the client to evaluate:

Client Approval

The sample is reviewed by the client to ensure the garment meets expectations.

Any necessary adjustments are made before production begins.

Bulk Production

Once the sample is approved, the garment moves into production through our workshop network.
